The discussion will be held via Zoom and hosted by Sharlene Wilde, Lead for the HAC Community Land Trust Working Group. Freatured speakers will be Natalie Drake with New America Funding and Rett Smith with Outland Real Estate Group who will provide the latest info on the current mortgage environment and the ever-evolving housing market.
Natlie will touch upon where the mortagage & housing market is headed and Rett will provide an overview of market data and market summary reports on single family homes listed and sold, notice of defaults, etc., in Washington County.
The discussion will include a Q&A. Their presentation of both national stats and local numbers is a lead up to HAC's 2nd Annual Attainable Housing Forum & Expo in October at the Dixie Convention Center.
