The Housing Action Coalition (HAC) is a group of municipal, business and community stakeholders working collaboratively to create attainable housing for all Washington County individuals and families.

HAC members are sharing their insight and expertise to educate the broader public and legislative
bodies at the local and state level on the critical need to increase access to attainable housing for
individuals and families living in Washington County. We must amplify the message for more attainable
housing in our communities and why attainable housing is needed for moderate and lower income
households.
